Broken key fab foe remote starter

Key fab Case for remote starter is smashed and
the battery broken and putting the key and turning
the ignition won’t start the vehicle.It seems maybe
it’s stuck in theft mode,so I was wondering if
getting a universal fab would reprogram it to start?
and I have no spare key for the vehicle. Thank u

Disconnect and reconnect the battery to see if it resets the system. If that doesn't work take Ed's advise and have your local Ford dealership's service department look at it.
