When routing the new belt from the tensioner, Jeepsters say instead of going over and under the water pump pulley and up to the alternator as it sits now, go from the tensioner up diagonally to the Alternator pulley, then wrap around the water pump. But use a string and wrap it around the pulleys to get a total length. Some say 83" belt, some 82.5", or some 83.5". You will have to see what works for you. Check out some threads on jeepkj.com
