2003 Honda accord 3.0

Question type: General

So i have a 2003 honda accord 3.0... Through every gear its
like it hits a wall at 5500rpms... Pulls fine runs good just
dont really get the vtech feel.. Wondering if any of you guys
could give me some info.. Also everything is pretty much
brand new already. Timing set, all gaskets, filter changed to
intake, deleted the cats for exhaust, water pump, trans is
very good trans, replaced rear main and front main and
flywheel, i out a 3.5 manifold on for a little more power but
dont think thats the problem. New coil packs and plugs and
i just dont know what the problem could be.
