Honda Accord EXL coupe

Asked by Mark Mar 15, 2016 at 05:19 AM about the Honda Accord Coupe

Question type: General

Hi
Is the 2003 Honda EXL coupe a good buy or should I opt for
the 2007 model?
The 2003 has 77,000 miles and the 2007 100,000 miles.
Both have clean CarFAX reports.
Thank you,
Mark

The '07 model is pretty high on mileage, although Honda's are known to last for higher mileage, the '03 seems to be more conservative on mileage, of course knowing which has higher highway mileage also makes a difference. I would have a trusted mechanic inspect either one before purchase, and be sure to check for overheating or fluid leakage issues.

An Accord is one of the best cars available. This one depends on your personal preference. I would take either one and be happy. (barring any serious issues)

I have a 2003 Accord lx coupe and I love it.. I've had this car for 3yrs I bought it used with 105k miles.. it now has 154k miles and I've only had to take into a shop once that was for a sensor which was about $300.. this car rarely has problems.. all I do is oil changes and it's great,, The interior is comfortable.. the only thing that sucks is the am/fm CD player the factory put in and the speakers .. the car drives smooth at 95 mph and actually is pretty fast lol! I just love this 2003 the body style is nice also.. Buy the 2003 with lower mileage!! You'll be happy you chose it .. especially if it has had only one owner.. like I was saying I've put 50k on mine and bought it with 105k and it still runs perfect!!
