How often do you change the oil in a 330i BMW?

When the oil gets dark , it's up to you , it'll seem darker when it flows into the drain pan , clean oil is probably the best way to maintain an engine

I would recommend every 5,000 miles with synthetic. Your engine is too valuable to skimp on oil changes.

Mostly highway driving, 7,500 miles. Lots of stop and go and city driving, 5,000 miles. Never let it go more than 1 year between changes.
