Why does my 1999 Ford Expidition stutter when I push the gas?

I have changed the coil packs 4
months ago and had the catalytic
converter rod out!!!

You didnt change the spark plugs? Sounds like a misfire. You need to find out which cylinder and go from there

Had the cat rod out. There is 2 did you just have one done or both? You got a check engine light on?

It has four catalytic converters and they were all done and I don't have a check engine light on

Well it sounds like a misfire. Did you check the plugs and what kind of coils did you put in it

My truck started and made this wired nose so I shut it off then tryed to start it back up and it didn't start what could it be
