How do I replace the broken 1999 Ford Expedition LiftGate and Window cables?

Hello, I watched the Cory the Cable Guy YouTube video on how to remove the
broken cables from my 1999 Ford Expedition Liftgate and rear cargo window,
which was very helpful, Thank you, Cory! But, Cory did not explain how to
replace the cables. Can anyone please explain to me how to me how to
replace the repaired cables?
