Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My aunt financed a new jeep grand cherakee but
has recently fell behind a couple of months on her
paymnts due to her health. Just when she thaught
things couldnt get any worse the belt on her car
broke and the car is still under warranty!  IS SHE
STILL ABLE TO HAVE HER CAR MAINTENANCED
AND FIXED WITHOUTHOUT ANY PROBLEMS
FROM THE BANK?

1 Answer

You do know that the bank will repossess the car if she does not make payments? Repairs will have no bearing on being able to keep the car.
