2017 Dodge Jouney interior lights wont turn on automatically

I just bought a 2017 Dodge Journey and the interior lights dont turn on
automatically when the car unlocks, door opens or anything. I have to turn it on
and off manually. Is there something I'm missing to turn it on automatically for
when the door open?

Thats the problem. I cant find anything anwhere to set it door. So I'm trying to figure out where that feature is located.

    the remote start works, but the heater or air will not come on,so it deafeats the purpess of warming the car up. dodge says with the heater auto system its not suspose to come on.
