Buyer ID verification

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I have found a buyer but still want to use your
services so the buyer feels confident. We got
as far as the ID verifications. I was able to
verify mine but there is no way to verify his.
How does he verify his ID so we can move on
to the next step? We cannot figure it out and
we are stuck.
