2001 Isuzu Trooper trying to find the transmission dipstick & SPARK PLUGS DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS

I was told my trooper doesn't have a transmission dipstick.. I'm also trying to change the spark plugs (car hesitates while pressing the gas peddles) can't find them :( .. the transmission light keeps flashing along with an A/TOIL TEMP LIGHT.. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?GASKET NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. I'M A FEMALE NEED HELP PLEASE tell me how can I repair these issues.

Thank you dearly. I took your advice & took my car to a transmission mechanic. I had to leave my car there so they can check both gaskets. I'm praying it's what you said & not the transmission giving out on me. Once again thanks a million. Blessings to you.
