Wheel and Electrical

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello,
Recently, 2 problems have come up on my vehicle. The first is that air is
leaking out of one of my wheels slowly. The mechanics say it is the wheel
and not the tire, and they have gone in and sanded off the rust they say is
causing the leak twice now, but it hasn't stopped the leaking at all. I am
wondering if there is something else happening, they can't do it well, or if the
wheel is in bad shape and I should get a new one.
My second problem is I think electrical. Driving or stationary, service
warnings for traction control, stabilitrak, and brake assist continually pop up
and leave my dash. Have you any experience with this problem on Chevy
Impala's, and you help me find out who to go to for this problem?
Thank you!
~M

1 Answer

Buy new wheels, they can go bad. The other problem may be with the ABS system, scan for codes.
