why would i have oil in only the back 2 spark plug cyclinders

I had the valve covers replaced now I am having a rough idle in park it is also shifting rough replaced the egr, the pcv cleaned the valve body and ports decided  to replace the spark plugs that's when I found the oil but only in the back 2 ports

Oil on spark plugs, also called oil fouling, is commonly caused by failing valve stem guides and bad stem seals. As pressure builds up in the crankcase, excessive oil enters the combustion chamber through worn-out piston rings or cylinder walls and forces its way to spark plugs.

Leaking tube seals or unseated tubes, common problem, easy fix. Do a search for "Isuzu leaking spark plug tubes".. Suggesting worn piston rings or head gaskets is just wrong.
