2000 Ford Ranger 6 cylinders 4.0L

Hello,
The truck do not start. New starer, battery and ignition switch battery post are
clean. Starter relay is mounted on starter. It just makes the click, click noise.
What could be the problem???

See if you could turn the engine by turning the crank bolt... this will tell you if the engine. Is locked up.. if you can't then the engine is locked up.
