1992 chevy k1500 Wont start

Okay so here is the rundown, I just got this truck 5 days ago and i was
driving home today and i decided to get on it. When i got on it it ran like a
champ until I took my foot off the gas. It then bogged but also sounded like a
bunch of miss fires. So I had the truck towed home and i replaced the fuel
filter because the truck wasn't getting fuel, when i replaced it fuel started to
get to the engine. The engine would turn but wouldn't start I saw maybe it
could be timing. The timing was 180 of so I reset it and after I reset it the
truck doesn't turn over it hits one bump then just stops maybe it could be the
starter but i have no idea trucks getting spark and fuel idk what to look over
next.

Really not sure that it would ' run like a champ ' with the timing 180* off. Are you sure it was on the intake stroke when you checked the position of the distributor ?

I timed the truck replaced the distributor cap / rotor and the coil pack and its still not getting spark the relays are also fine.
