1992 chevy silverado k1500, blend door actuator

Asked by GuruBGC6R Jan 29, 2019 at 09:27 AM about the 1992 Chevrolet C/K 1500 Extended Cab LB 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1992 chevy silverado k1500, it is my first vehicle and I’ve been fixing
it up as I can. I have figured out that the blend door actuator is the source of a
clicking noise coming from under the dash on the passenger side. I can’t
figure out how to get it out. It is in such a tight and obscure place that i can’t
get a ratchet in there to undo the screws. Can anyone help?
