My first thought is The 02 sensor is not why its a no go into gear but if it has a code listed for it I understand to replace but understand that even a bad spark plug wire or plug can cuase a code for 02 sensor. So basically when you go from park to drive what happens? will it stay put it park? Will it roll if push in drive just not go under it own power?

First and foremost check your fluid while running. Then, It's either your shifter isn't moving the lever or the trans is toast. These things default to 3rd gear for limp mode. If it doesn't grab at all its toast.
