no insrtument panel lights

I have a 1983 chevy silverado c10 I have on instrument panel lights I have change all the bulbs replaced the circuit board change the headlight switch checked all the fuses still no instrument panel light what is the problem?

Check for a bad ground. Especially if you have an aftermarket stereo. Are the gauges not working too? Hope that helps! Jim
