Listing for a g35, on the body it has 215k miles with minor flaws, a couple,
but they are fine with me. The engine has 115k miles. He said he has
paperwork to prove it. Is this car worth  $5k? Please let me know i don't
know alot about rebuilt engines if that is what it is called. Thanks.

No, a G35 with roughly 115k on both the body and original engine can be had for close to $5,000.
