G35 lternator problem

Asked by TomFromTexas Jan 16, 2017 at 06:49 PM about the 2005 INFINITI G35 Coupe RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2005 g35 will not recharge the battery
sufficiently.  I have a new battery and have
had the alternator rebuilt twice then
replaced with brand new.
It seems fun for 25-30 minutes then the
tpms indicator come and on.  ABout 5
minutes later the battery light comes on
and the car begins losing power.
Ultimately there is not enough power to
operate the car and it dies, with a dead
battery.
I'm at my wits end and have had two
mechanics try to fix it.  Any other thoughts
?

You have a short in the TPMS system. Try removing the fuse and see if it still does it
