03 infiniti G35 coupe

I have a car Infiniti G35 coupe one day it rained a
lot the street where it was parked was flooded and
a friend as I start to move it from place and then
no longer wanted to start, a mechanic  
recommended changing the oil, spark plugs, filters,
I replace gasoline , and bateriya and still does not
start it, and still my car will not start, I would like to
what's else can be the problem, thank you for your
answers
