Wiring harness caught on fire

While I was driving my truck the wire
harness under my driver's side floor
caught on fire.ford company claimed
any recalls had been fixed and won't do
nothing.the fire melted part of the wires
and the plug attached to it.now nothing
on my truck works won't even start.im
wondering if this has happened to
anyone else? And what caused it? And
can and how to fix the wiring harness?

Good luck getting ford to do anything, I haven't heard of any recalls on your wiring issue
