I have an 2000 mustang gt 4.6 v8 that's been sitting in my garage for months now. It used to start, but now just cranks up but won't turn on. Only way to turn it on is by spraying starting fluid

Tap on the fuel pump relay, check to see if it clicks with the key on, if not check the fuse, if fuse is good replace the relay.
