CHECKED ALL THAT JUST SEEMS LIKE IT RUNS OUT OF GAS WHEN PULLING A HILL WHEN YOU HAVE LESS THAN A QUARTER TANK IT DIES

How many miles? I'd check the fuel filter...you might have got some bad gas and it may be partially plugged up.
