2000 Ford Mustang V6 3.8L won't start without a shot of starting fluid to get it going. Once I spray the fluid in, the car runs fine until I turn it off. Any ideas?

it sounds like your fuel pump, is not turning on before it starts, or it just may have a dirty throttle body,or a dirty mass air flow sensor, there all easy to clean, you can buy a can of cleaner at your local auto parts store. hope this helps
