Car battery is good but will not turn over starter

Of course this is connection to the ground...follow the Black battery CABLE to where it connects to the rest of the car...wirebrush that spot...wirebrush the bolt on lug...BOLT ON....remember that 1/0 cable going to the motorblock near the alternator has to be present for the startermotor to see any ground~
