My 02 Accent runs badly, reading of P0300, 0301, 0302, cat converter runs very hot, what's wrong?

I have replaced all the plugs, wires, coil pack, O2 sensors, cat converter and still getting
same reading and cat converter is still running very hot, what's next to do?

Thanks Jim, now all I have to do is learn how to fix blown head gaskets...I'll keep you posted about any developments. Thanks again in advance!
