Why is my serpentine belt jumping off

one of your pulleys are bad take belt off turn and shake each pulley

You answered your own question Michael. An out-of-line pulley will throw belts every time. Do what those guys suggest

I replaced the pulleys but same issue I noticed that a bolt with the threads was sticking out so I think I need to rethread it
