My 2004 hyundai Tiburon won't turn over or start.

Asked by Katie2k14 Dec 25, 2016 at 05:04 PM about the 2004 Hyundai Tiburon GT FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Never had any problem with my car other
than head lights from me hurting a deer. Got
a toggle ran through on the battery so I
could drive at night worked perfectly fine
next morning went to leave wouldn't start or
even act like it wanted to one click and
nothing. Jumped or switch batteries
unhooked toggle and still nothing. I need
some opinions.

Check battery voltage, it should be minimum 12.4. Check the battery cables for corrosion and make sure they're tight. If cables are ok, check voltage signal at the starter solenoid small terminal as you try to start it, if voltage present, replace starter
