Why wont my 05 Hyundai Tiburon Start?

I have a 2005 Hyundai Tiburon.  Last week it
started just fine. Now suddenly the car wont start
or even turn over.  The flashlights and all the the
other regular interior lights turn on and stay on, but
the car does not start or run.  Any ideas? There is a
very faint clicking but other than that there is
nothing.

Either the battery's too weak (although you have lights but requires more amps to engage the starter) or the starter's malfunctioned.

It's got a brand new battery and still tries to start the first time. I've been working on it for a week now and still can't figure out what to replace to make it start and run.
