how to keep battery from freezing.I have no garage/shelter.

When the temp. is -10(or colder) how can I keep the battery from dying when I
have no shelter for the car?It is outside 24/7.

Fully charged batteries don't freeze until minus 76 degrees but you can get battery heater mats if you want one.

You might need a new battery, cold weather requires higher amps to start the car and your battery mught already be weak, rake it to ur local auto parts to get the charging system and battery checked, they'll do it for free.
