why does my driveline vibrate at lower rpms when I am moving but not accelerating?

You may have a bad engine mount or dampener, or bad CV joint, or engine misfire. Take it in somewhere for a checkup. Meantime pop the hood, and have a helper goose the engine while in park, with you watching under the hood to see if the engine is moving excessively. If it is, you have a bad mount/dampener.
