Car has no horsepower

I change the head gaskets to my Civic and when I went to turn it on it started and had
no power and it started ran right after that it started no powering at all but it still on.
In order for it to stay on I have to keep the pill all the way down to the floor

Thank u thank u......Timing was off the car would back fire......I set the timing it still doing same thing....
