Wait until the ebgine is cool, remove the radiator cap if you can't see through the coolant you may have to drain some out, anyway you need to look at the tubes inside are the ends of the tubes all gunked up with gray looking stuff, how much of the tube is plugged? If f it's over 1/4 plugged replace it, also check the cooling fins on the outside of the A/C condenser and radiator here where I live we have a lot of cottonwood trees causing a lot of heat problems back flush with a hose from the backside

Does the engine run cooler or does the problem go away with the A/C (both fans running) on?

If that doesn't work you may heave a bed head gasket or cracked head, hopefully nor

Try your temperature sensor or sending unit I’ve had to replace both, I have a 93 accord that did the same thing I replaced the radiator, radiator hose, and the thermostat it never helped til I replaced the temperature sensor
