my 1994 honda prelude si is spraying out a small amount of oil and water, what do it do?

It has DC headers and catback system(I don't know the name of the catback system). We just repalaced the intake gaskets.

Sounds like a head gasket problem to me. You would need to pressure test the cooling system to see if there is any leakdown. I don't think the intake gaskets on this involve any water but if you did not properly seal them, and they do, that might be your problem as well.
