I have a 1993 Honda Prelude SI. Left the car running one day to inside for a minute and when I came the car had stop running. Now it cranks at about 1/2 speed and will not start. Starter and battery are good. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this problem?

It is possible it has a broken timing belt if it wont start.

The timing belt didn't brake but the smaller timing belt had all the teeth ripped off. Since then I replace timing belts and water pump. Do you think it might have something to do with the distributor?

Check the PGMI relay or ( main fuel relay ) it's up under the dash on the driver's side by the column. The part is 15-40$ depending on how you shop
