Car doesn't seem to ne getting fuel when starting. The starter turns over and have plenty of power getting to the car.. If I pump the gas pedal or hold it down when I try to start it, will start 3 Answers

99 Honda Civic had had spark and was running fine , until fuel pump went out. I replaced fuel pump now no spark. Prior to fuel pump failing I replaced : main relay,cap n rotor,spark plugs wires coil. 1 Answer
