94 honda accord wont start new battery lights dont
turn on nothing turns on help plz

Check the 100 amp fuse in fuse block in engine compartment. If that is ok Check the other fuses as well. Make sure you have good connection to battery. Also most honda batteries are reversed terminal. Make sure hooked up correctly. If the 100 amp fuse is blowed. Check everything you did before installing new fuse
