I'm trying to start my honda accord but it doesn't
stay on I have to hold it at some point for it to stay
on what could it be

Have the fuel pressure check could be a failing fuel pump, but before you do that change the fuel filter...

Not sure what you mean when you say "have to hold it at some point for it to stay on". Are you referring to holding the key or the throttle? If throttle, could be any part of the air/fuel system from filter, pump, injectors, to sensors and IAC.
