I was driving home the other day and my radio stopped working, then cam back on. Then my power window wouldn't work. Everything electrical was going off and on while I was driving. Pulled into the Auto Repair place and it died so I coasted to a stop. They replaced the battery and alternator. Picked it up and it was fine until later the next day when it wouldn't start because the battery was dead. The problem is the battery wont charge when the truck is running and they can't figure out why. Anyone have a suggestion?

Could be a ECM issue, when they are bad will not charge battery and will drain it all so.

It is possible that your alternator and battery were actually bad, but something else caused them to go bad. Your SUV is 15 yr old so that was probably an old battery in your car when this happened but not sure the alternator was actually bad... maybe. You need to trace for some kind of resistance in the electrical system when the key is off.
