I was driving home the other day and my radio stopped working, then cam back on. Then my power window wouldn't work. Everything electrical was going off and on while I was driving. Pulled into the Auto Repair place and it died so I coasted to a stop. They replaced the battery and alternator. Picked it up and it was fine until later the next day when it wouldn't start because the battery was dead. The problem is the battery wont charge when the truck is running and they can't figure out why. Anyone have a suggestion?

did not have rough idle before all the plugs and coil packs and timing tensioners were replaced. took it to ford they say it has low compression on driver side.
