Kia Optima Hybrid 2012: unplugged/plugged back wires for the wiper motor, car won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The cause: unplugged/plugged back wires for the wiper motor, car won't start

First doesn't recognize that the key inside the car when trying to start the car
(holding brake and pushing the start button)
Then asks to insert key in glove department, so I did, then tried to start
again, works better but now the dashboard lights are constantly flickering
Any idea why this problem

its this behavior: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BnmuBlls00c in the comments it says loose pins in the PCM. Not sure how to check that, but I will give it a shot.

OK so, it was just my battery that died. boosted and it works now.
