Have oil leak in in to air filter from value cover what would make it do that is it a 95 honda accord

It may be entering through the PCV valve. If it is a high mileage engine, you may be getting oil blowing by the rings in the cylinders and back feeding into the air intake through the PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) tube. Replace the PCV valve and see if this helps at all..
