I have a 2003 hyundai santa fe 2.4L v6. No check
engine lights are on. When driving and trying to get
to 100km/hr I have to use the sport shift. The
vehicle won't shift between 3rd and 4th gear
without sport shift I can't get it to 100 km.  The rpm
stays at 3200rpm until I switch to sport shift.

Check the car for trouble codes. Record any that show in the order they show in. It could be a simple adjustment or wire repair or a bad part.
