How do I restore my gray cloth interior visors (1998 Civic EX)?

My sun visors have practically disintegrated.  The cloth is hanging, and whenever I move
the visor up or down (depending on where the sun's at) a shower of the padding comes
down on my lap.

you could go to a junk yard and try to find matching sun visors or try online. there are many places you can look to find new/used ones.
