Burning radiator fluid

Are 2013 dodge caravan is burning a
1/2 gallon of radiator fluid every 3000
miles from the reservoir with no leaks
or over heating issue, any assistance is
much appreciated. Also i bought a new
radiator cap and i am confused why it
is so easy to take off or twist it off ,
when tighten it will loosen easy
compared to other cars.

Either leaking or possible blown head gasket. You see any white smoke coming out of the tail pipe? If so, you got serious problems!
