My 2000 Honda Civic Lx is smoking and I keep
adding anti freeze everyday and I don't know if it's
the head gasket or thermostat

If the smoke is coming out the exhaust pipe then it is likely a head gasket. If the smoke is coming from under the hood it could be a coolant leak.
