How do I remove and replace my exterior rear door handle and my exterior tailgate handle?

I've looked up all kinds of videos trying to find out
an easy way of replacing my door handles but
every video involves almost disassembling the
door, trying to do this to pass inspection.

for the door you have to take off the inner panel and the handle will be attached to a wire there will also be a u ring that you will have to push up with a flat head not to sure about the tail gate
