Lack of H02s 1-1 switching? It means that the Upstream Oxygen Sensor in Bank 1 is always lean. The best approach is to watch both of the Upstream Oxygen sensors' output with a diagnostic scan tool. If #1-1 is always lean and #2-1 switches then it is likely that HO2S #1 has failed. If you don't want to spend the money on a scanner or pay someone for a diagnostic check, you could take your chances and swap it out yourself and see what happens. It's located in the exhaust system directly below the exhaust manifold nearest the firewall. HO2s 1-1 = Heated Oxygen Sensor #1 on Bank 1.
