My battery is good, I place a new alternator but I don't know why the battery warning light is showing still. I don't know what to do.

Just because alternator is new does not mean it is changing I have installed new alternators before and they would be bad right out of the box get alternator tested if it turns out to be good check plug in that goes to voltage regulator making sure prongs are not bent not making good connection.
