I have a 1998 Honda Accord my problem is a/c that for the fan control heat dosen't work on the first 2 lower setting(1-2) but the last 2 higher end setting(3-4) work fine... 2 Answers

The compressor seals were replaced, the evaporator was cleaned, freon gas was recharged, but now the revs drop when I turn the A/C on, and the engine temperature rises a lot.
